How can I report an issue with a Commando product that I have purchased?Updated 10 months ago

If you've experienced an issue such as damage or a defect with a Commando product, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Send us a message with the details of the issue, including your name and the email associated with the wearcommando.com. If the product was a gift we will need the name, email or shipping address associated with the order.
  2. Attach clear photos including: a photo of the entire product, a close-up of the damaged or defective area, and a photo of the inner label or tag.

Our Quality Assurance team will review the provided information to determine the appropriate next steps, whether it's processing an exchange or providing alternative solutions.

Please note that Commando products purchased directly through our website have a 6-month window to report damages and defects. However, we evaluate each case individually to provide the best possible resolution for our customers.
